Ourglass

Since the age of seven, Melissa has been writing her own poetry and songs. Now, fast-forwarding about twenty years, she continues to embark on this creative journey. However, this time, she has a best friend and musical partner, Matt Malanowski, to collaborate with. Together, they have created music full of passion and love. They chose the name "Ourglass" for their band, drawing inspiration from a diverse range of musical genres such as jazz, classical, and folk. Their compositions and lyrics reflect how it is to live in the modern day as part of the new generation, outlining the beauties and relevance of artistic expression, love, unity, conflict, and growth.
